Shipping policy

Small orders (1-10 items) are made and processed within 1-5 business days after order is received and payment has cleared.
Large orders (11 + items) may take 1-10 business days after order is received and payment has cleared.
All orders are shipped via Australia post and tracking number will be sent to Email address provided when placing the order.

Return Policy
All returns must be postmarked within 20 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition with all accessories included.
Return Process

Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your store credit or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange
